sources in order to ensure Whitby & District benefits
from its first Digital Media Suite.

What’s a Digital
Media Suite?

It’s a room with powerful computers, more
sophisticated then your normal home PC. You can
try digital video editing, graphic design, animation
and website construction. This will allow Whitby
people to increase their skills
without having to leave town.

Coast & Moors Voluntary Action appointed a 'New Media
Enabler' in April 2008. Their role is to engage, support and
develop a wide range of user groups in ‘new media’
activity.

The main duties of the New Media Enabler will include:
